The APC candidate, who was present in the courtroom on Tuesday, wanted the court to direct INEC to declare him the winner of the March governorship election in Rivers.
The tribunal also awarded a cost of N500,000 against the petitioners in favour of the three respondents, Kelvin Chukwu, Labour Party and INEC.
The suspects were all charged with attempted murder which triggered more concerns about charms which the judge simply referred to as someone’s property.
This comes four days after the Federal High Court Abuja awarded N5 million in damages against the NYSC for claiming that its discharge certificate held by Mbah was fake.

INEC said Adeleke polled 403,371 votes, to defeat then-incumbent Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the APC, who got 375,027 votes.
But Oyetola and the APC rejected the result of the poll and headed for the tribunal.
The Appeal Court panel that heard the case would give its judgment in Abuja on Friday, raising tension across the state.
