Details as Photographer Sues Megan Thee Stallion for forcing Him to Watch Her Having Sēx

In a shocking lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, rapper Megan Thee Stallion is accused of forcing her personal photographer, Emilio Garcia, to watch her engage in sexual activities in a moving vehicle.

The incident allegedly occurred on the Spanish island of Ibiza and is described as part of a broader pattern of harassment that included derogatory comments about Garcia’s weight.

Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, stated, “Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.” He added that such exposure of behavior to employees is not only inappropriate but also “definitely illegal.”

The legal action details that the incident took place in June 2022 when Garcia was unable to leave the car, as it was moving and he was far from any populated area. According to the lawsuit, the ordeal left Garcia “embarrassed, mortified, and offended.”

Further allegations in the lawsuit suggest Megan Thee Stallion, whose real name is Megan Pete, often belittled Garcia about his weight and eating habits. Despite hiring him in 2018, she classified him as an independent contractor, thereby excluding him from benefits like health care or overtime pay, potentially amounting to six figures.

The lawsuit also claims Garcia was expected to work beyond the agreed eight-hour days without proper breaks, handling calls and additional tasks outside of those hours.

The defendants named in the lawsuit include Megan Thee Stallion, her entertainment company, her touring LLC, and Roc Nation. Garcia is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for the alleged mistreatment and labor violations.

In response to the claims, Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has denied the allegations, stating, “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.” Spiro emphasized that the matter would be addressed in court.
