“God is in control”, they say upon the sight of symbols while the consequences of the October 7, 2023 attack by Hamas linger and render many people hopeless in cities surrounding Israel. It is no longer news that over twenty-two thousand people have joined the ancestors since the crisis began while millions of others are currently homeless.
Meanwhile, the role of the world powers in the United Nations General Assembly UNGA might have been altered amidst the unprecedented negligence of their various resolution calling for an immediate and complete ceasefire. The UNGA late last year decided on a truce and subsequent total ceasefire during their assembly to restore peace between the warring nations.
Israel on the other hand instead of the ceasefire insisted that the citizens taken hostage by Hamas must be released and reunited with their family members before a ceasefire could be activated.
Meanwhile, as the crisis lingers, a second appearance of the rainbow in Israel significantly conveys a powerful message to the people who think that the God of Israel watches over the cities in times of crisis.
According to the clip captured by an Israeli commentator, the rainbow appeared near the Israel-Gaza border, indicating that God is in control.
