Victory in Kaduna: Nigerian Army Ends Reign of Terrorist Leader

The Nigerian Army has achieved a breakthrough by killing Boderi Isyaku, a feared terrorist leader responsible for a decade of terror in Kaduna State and its environs.

The operation, led by the valiant troops of the Nigerian Army, unfolded in the rugged terrains of Bada/Riyawa in the Chikun and Igabi Local Government Areas.

Boderi Isyaku, infamous for his reign of terror, was the mastermind behind the harrowing abduction of 39 students from the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, and the audacious attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy’s Afaka campus.

His end came during a meticulously planned ambush by the Nigerian Army, under the leadership of Major General VU Okoro, signaling the end of a long-standing terror.

The confrontation was fierce, but the army’s determination was fiercer. Despite Boderi’s attempts to resist, he was ultimately overpowered and killed, along with two of his associates.

The operation also led to the seizure of weapons and equipment, significantly crippling the capabilities of his gang.

Boderi’s reign was marked by brutal attacks, mass abductions, and relentless killings, spreading fear and chaos across Kaduna and neighboring Niger State.
His elimination is a testament to the relentless efforts of the Nigerian Army and the unwavering support of the Kaduna State Government, spearheaded by Governor Senator Uba Sani.
