Having acknowledged the aforementioned ingenuity of the Igbo race, a popular American-born Nigerian Hip-Hop Singer, David Adeleke chiefly known as Davido has triggered reactions with the revelation of his primary intention of getting married to Chioma.

Mr. David, a singer, songwriter, and record producer, born in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and raised in Lagos, Nigeria has confessed that the intellectual endowment of the Igbo race is the driving force behind his marriage to Chioma.

Davido disclosed this while appreciating the wife after she gave birth to twins barely a year after they were bereft.
He said: ” I married Chioma to make sure that I have Igbo lineage before I leave this Earth. You can’t overlook Igbo’s hard work and zeal to survive”.

Consequently, Davido’s opinion has triggered reactions on various social media platforms with many buying his views and others rebutting it.
