Lessons to learn from TB Joshua’s death.

The horrible news of the sudden demise of the popular televangelist and the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCAN), Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as TB Joshua, saturated both the mainstream and the alternate media, earlier today, 6th June 2021.

It was quite shocking that people began to search for the answer to what led to his abrupt death.

While many people hold the opinion that he died as a result of stess-related illness, others believe it was a divine call.

Whichever is the reason for his sudden death, some certain things are evident; in the midst of life, there is death. Death is inevitable. It is a call every mortal must answer whenever it comes. The most disturbing part of it is that no one knows when this call will come. It can be when one is asleep. On transit. In the midst of the loved ones or enemies. On the dining table. In the restroom. In pub or club. Etc. The creator only has the answer to this.

But it is believed that some actions help delay the call. A regular medical checkup is a habit everyone should form. Visit a doctor whenever you feel you’re under the weather.

Eat healthily. Ensure you balance your meals and avoid eating late. Take more fruits and drink more water.

Obey the traffic instructions. Ensure you put on your seatbelt while driving. Do not speed beyond the regulations. Avoid driving while intoxicated. Avoid taking calls while driving. Minimize the volume of your car CD player.

Most importantly, make every moment count. Be at peace with yourself and your neighbours. Ensure you give a helping hand to those who are in need so that when the call comes you will silently and gloriously transcend, as our friend, TB, has supposedly done.
