BREAKING: Gov. Soludo Announces Free Education In Anambra State

Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo CFR, has declared a groundbreaking offer of free education for all public school students from nursery to Junior Secondary School Three (JSS 3).

Gov. Soludo made the historic announcement during his visit to several government-owned schools, on Thursday, 21st of September, 2023.

This significant decision was met with jubilation among students, parents, and educators across the state. Anambra State has been known for academic excellence and Mr Governor is poised to improve educational system in the state, provide needed resources, and improved infrastructure in public schools to enhance educational standard in the state.

Addressing the students, Governor Soludo emphasized that this policy would ensure that all public school students receive a high-quality education, equipping them for a brighter future. He also pledged increased resources and funding to guarantee the program’s success.

Governor Soludo highlighted that this free education initiative would bridge the gap between the affluent and underprivileged in the state, offering educational opportunities to students from all backgrounds and enhancing educational excellence in public schools

In a heartwarming gesture, he promised to cover the first term school fees for Senior Secondary School students while addressing Ado Girls Secondary School, Onitsha.

Today’s declaration marks a monumental victory for the people of Anambra State, who have long yearned for an improved education system. With this announcement, the future shines brightly for the students of Anambra State, and Governor Soludo has undoubtedly set a lasting legacy.
