Court Reinstates Soludo As The APGA Candidate.

The state High Court in Awka, today, reinstated Charles Soludo as the authentic APGA Candidate for the November 6th gubernatorial election in Anambra state.

The court also reinstated Chief Victor Oye as the National Chairman of the party, instructing Independent National Electoral Commission-INEC to accord such recognition to him.

Recall that Soludo’s name was absent in the gubernatorial Candidates’ list earlier published by INEC. He was replaced with Chuma Umeoji.

With this current development, INEC will have to rule out Umeoji’s name and replace it with Soludo.
