Breaking: Black Monday In Enugu
The atmospheric peace and tranquility of the prior known peace-loving communities in Enugu State have rapidly been overgrown by sudden and alien animalistic tendencies, which have perpetually forced the people to live in insomnia.
The situation surrounding the various cases of murder and attacks still appears shady while the government remains committed to providing safety and a secure environment for the residents of the state.
Nevertheless, it was another black Monday in the state following the alleged attack and killing of a Councillor representing Eha Ulo Ward, Eha-Alumona in Nsukka Local Government Area, Hon. Nelson Duhu by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
The incident which occurred in the early hours of Monday, 17th of July 2023 has thrown the residents in the entire environs into a palpable tension.
The details of the circumstances surrounding the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
