Breaking: Appeals Heard On Kanu’s Case, Declares Date For Judgement

The Court of Appeals sitting today in Abuja has heard all cases of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is still in the custody of the Department of State Service despite different rulings by the courts of competent jurisdiction declaring him freed and acquitted.

According to Kanu’s Lead Counsel, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor Esq, all the appeals were heard and the matter was adjourned to the 15th of December, 2023 for judgement.

He wrote: “Done and dusted, Appeals heard on Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi KANU’s matter adjourned to 15th day of December for judgment”

Hours into the proceedings Barrister Ejiofor Esq wrote: “

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good , His faithful love endures forever. May His Grace, and Mercy triumphs over Judgement in today’s all important proceedings, so that in the end , we shall return all Glory, Honour, and Adoration to God Almighty, for His divine victory. Amen and Amen.
