Bandits and Boko Haram are security threats, not IPOB- Dangiwa.

The former governor of Kaduna state, Rtd Colonel Abubakar Dangiwa Umar, has described the actions of Bandits and Boko Haram as threats to the security of the country, and not the actions of the Indigenous People of Biafra-IPOB, who are attempting to secede from the country.

Colonel Danjuma, in a statement yesterday, expressed shock at the level of attention the Federal Government is giving to the separatist threat by IPOB as against the activities of the bandits which have left the northern part of the country in disarray.

He further explained that the activities of these hoodlums account for the great number of internally displaced people, kidnapped school children, rape of women and young girls and abandonment farm lands by farmers.

While condemning IPOB’s method of calling for separation, he blamed the President of Nigeria, Mohammadu Buhari, for drumming this national disunity through his various speeches.
