ANAMBRA GUBER POLL: APGA Flag Bearer Soludo Presents Manifesto, Promises 1,000 Millionaires Yearly

Barely 41 days to the November 6 governorship election in Anambra, the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, flag bearer Professor Charles Soludo today, promised to produce at least 1,000 millionaires yearly in the state if elected.

Prof. Soludo made the pledge Saturday, during the official APGA flag off campaign in Awka, Anambra state capital.

Reports by NAN aver that Soludo flanked by his running mate Dr Ifeanyi Ibezim, said his vision is to ensure that any child born in Anambra would not leave the state in search of greener pastures elsewhere.

It is on record that Professor Charles Soludo of the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, in the state is the first among the eighteen candidates for the November 6 poll to flag off an official party campaign.

Consequently, Prof Soludo who used the same avenue to present his manifesto affirmed that it was a well thought out document and had all in it for all round transformation of Anambra.

“If I am elected the next governor, my administration will produce one thousand youth millionaires every year.

” By the grace of God, the next APGA government will ensure that 130, 000 jobs are created yearly in Anambra,” he promised.

Addressing hundreds of the APGA members and supporters from the 21 LGA of the state, Governor Willie Obiano said he is ever glad and proud to have Prof Soludo as his potential successor, adding that Soludo as a former CBN boss has all it takes to catapult Anambra state to greater heights.

According to Governor Obiano who enumerated some of his accomplished projects, “The former APGA government before me did well, my government performed better and I hope if elected, Soludo will be best.

Oh his part, Dr Victor Oye, National Chairman of APGA who handed the flag of the party to Soludo, said they were out to win the election.

To this effect, other parties are expected to follow suit…
