UNIZIK VC Prof. Esimone Receives a Meritorious Award from Awka Community

Vice Chancellor Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Professor Charles Esimone has received a Meritorious Award from the people of Awka community, Anambra State.
The award was given to him yesterday, September 11, 2021 on the occasion of the New Yam Festival performed by His Imperial Majesty, Obi (Dr.) Austin Chukwuezugo Ndigwe, MON, JP, Eze Uzu III Awka Ancient Kingdom.
De Erudite Media Team learnt that Prof. Esimone received the honorary award following his reputable managerial expertise towards maintaining a continuous cordial relationship between UNIZIK and its host, Awka community.
Adding to his overwhelming technicalities since his assumption of duties as the VC UNIZIK, Prof. Charles Esimone through numerous occasions has continued to carry out various degrees of selfless services in the institution, its host community and beyond.
Prof. Charles Esimone is also a stakeholder to Odinma Anambra Foundation OAF, a non-governmental organization founded and geared towards affecting the society positively.
He is as well a contributor to De Erudite Magazine (The Eyes of Africa) as a regular subscriber to De Erudite Communications and Multimedia Services.
