President and Founder of Odimma Anambra Foundation (OAF) and CEO of De Erudite Communications, Ambassador Celestine Anadi has extended his congratulations to the outgoing Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Professor Charles Esimone, for his commendable administration.
Ambassador Celestine Anadi, known as Akaekpuchiowa Ndi Igbo 1, lauded Professor Esimone as an indefatigable and unique academic whose leadership has set a robust foundation, silencing critics and elevating the institution’s standards.
He referred to Professor Esimone as a “round peg in a round hole,” emphasizing the appropriateness of his role in steering the university toward academic excellence.
Reflecting on the optimism within the University Community, Ambassador Anadi expressed confidence that the next Vice-Chancellor will uphold the solid foundation laid by Professor Esimone, propelling the institution to greater heights.
He cited Editions 1 & 2 of De Erudite Magazine, which highlighted many of Professor Esimone’s landmark achievements, noting the positive impacts across various fronts during his tenure.
As the university looks forward to Professor Joseph Ikechebelu succeeding Professor Esimone, Ambassador Anadi stressed the importance of continuity in leadership to maintain and build upon the foundational footprints established.
He emphasized the public’s anticipation for a visionary leader who will sustain and expand the university’s progress.
