It directed the counsels to consult their clients and report back the outcome of the meeting.
Recall that the Labour Party candidate for the presidential election, Mr. Peter Obi has earlier filed a petition seeking live telecasts of the proceedings.
He, however, affirmed that he will pray and support whomsoever that would emerge victorious in the Tribunal for the redemption of the country from the current omens.
The judge ruled that the party’s failure to submit its membership register to the INEC within 30 days before their primaries made the process null and void.
When the matter was called, Obi stood up to announce his appearance followed by Dudu Manuga, the National Women’s Leader of the Party who sat close to Obi.
The application, however, has triggered mixed reactions as numerous concerned citizens in the diaspora have thrown weight behind Atiku, while the opposition kicks against it.
The decision for the adjournment was made following the request by the parties to the petition.
