A five-member panel presided by Justice Haruna Tsammani held on Monday, June 19, that acceding to Tinubu’s request and dismissing the APM’s petition would offend the fair hearing principle against the party.
He said, “We plan to accommodate dignitaries, guests, and well-wishers who may not have the opportunity to be at Eagle Square.”
This is happening barely four days to the May 29th, 2023 (official handover to the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his Vice Shettima).
