ZONING ARRANGEMENT IN APGA: Idemili South Deserves A Consensus Backing For Equity, Unity In Its Constituency

We have known the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, over the years as a party whose modes of undertakings are geared toward the Equity And Unity of its members as well as the general public.
This mutual understanding that has long been in practice by the party was what made it possible for Anambra Central and Anambra North, respectively to produce a governor of the state and now, Anambra South has the stage.
It is therefore against this background that the entire people of Idemili South are calling on Ndi Idemili North to respect the Zoning formula, which has over the years been in practice and favour of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, in the state.
Meanwhile, in a quick look at the analysis of the memory lane, Idemili South took its turn between 1999 and 2007 through Amb. Jerry Ugokwe of Nnobi, before the emergence of Chidoka, whose second tenure was interrupted by a Court verdict in favour of Odedo of Nnobi.
Later in 2015, Chidoka won Ifeanyi Ibezim and got another tenure. Then in 2019, Ifeanyi Ibezim allegedly won Chidoka but the result was later, overturned by the Court in favour of Chidoka who will finish the tenure in 2023.
To this effect, it’s pertinent to reiterate that Idemili North has gotten a total of about 16yrs, while Idemili south only had about 11yrs.
For the sake of equity, it’s time all acknowledged that Idemili North has gotten a favorable share and now, it is the turn of Idemili South to produce a House of Representatives member in 2023.
Thus, it’s in line with the above-mentioned reasons, that Idemili South has produced a credible aspirant in the person of HON UCHE ANNIE OKONKWO, a brilliant, well-established business tycoon and philanthropist, who has come to use his wealth of experience to attract Development and Youths empowerment to Idemili North and South Federal Constituency.
Exclusively, in the spirit of the slogan of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, “ONYE AGHANA NWANNEYA” the entire people of Idemili North are expected to unanimously support Idemili South in this project, for peace, equity and unity.
