Soludo throws heavy punch at Obi, Describes Him As Political Orphan.

The APGA standard bearer in the forthcoming Anambra guber election Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has during the campaign flag off held in Ekwueme Square, Awka, shaded the former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Vice Presidential Candidate in the last general election and who also happened to be the former governor of Anambra state, Mr. Peter Obi, calling him a “political orphan”.

The Economics Professor and former CBN Governor turned-politician, claimed that the former governor has been politically irrelevant since he left his former party, APGA He further stated that he has been roaming about in futile search for political relevance.

However, It is worth recalling that Peter Obi, during a campaign tour with the PDP’s standard bearer for the same Anambra Guber election, Val Ozigbbo, alluded that Chukwuma Soludo is incapable of ruling the state due to his age.

Obi was quoted to have stated during his speech that Soludo is over 60 years and hence should not be considered capable of ruling the state, saying that governance should be left for younger ones who are still virile.
