Nigeria Super Falcons’ Oparanozie Retires From Professional Football

Super Falcons’ player, Oparanozie Desire has finally bowed out of professional football after years of unprecedented success.

Oparanozie made this known via her official social media handle, informing and appreciating her mammoth fans, family, and friends of her decision to retire from both national and club football.

She played for the Nigeria national team, Super Falcons and the Chinese Women’s Super League for Wuhan Jianghan University.

She wrote: “To my fans, family, and friends, thank you for the show of love and support over the years. It’s time to take a bow, as I believe there’s no better time than now. I’m officially announcing my retirement from professional football for both club and country”
