Breaking: Fulani Herdsmen Killed Ahmed Gulak, Not IPOB. New evidences revealed.

De Erudite Media, May 31, 2021

Yesterday, Sunday, May 30th, 2021, a former aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan by the name Ahmed Gulak was killed Owerri on his way to Owerri airport after his visit to the state. The death has been blamed on one of the armed branch of the Biafran agitators known as Biafran Revolutionary Forces (BRF).

However, today, Monday 31st May, 2021, a different narrative has emerged as to who is responsible for his death. A renowned investigative journalist Dr Kemi Olunloyo via his twitter handle @KemiOlunloyo has presented a different narrative that is controversial amidst security challenges and the mutual suspicions, accusations and counter accusations that have followed the assassination of the APC chieftain and other security breech so far in the country. In his tweet trending online, the investigative journalist however stated that anyone suggesting that IPOB killed Ahmed Gulak is a moron. He posited that Gulak had his own ongoing rift with APC, Okorocha and the Uzodinma/ Emeka drama. He wanted another Northern President come 2023 etc. He stated that Late Gulak has his own enemies, created more and prayed God to forgive his sins. He admonished Nigerians to stop using the MSM narrative on IPOB.

Below are his tweets that sparked up questions as to the true nature of what transpired in Owerri over the weekend as it concerns insecurity in Nigeria and Imo in particular which led to the death if Gulak.

“I SAID Ahmed Gulak got hold of info that Fulani bandits had trailed him to Owerri. When he left Protea hotel, he literally sneaked out without calling police escorts. He took an Uber with two people and that Uber took a back road. 7:20am he was shot when they double crossed the cab”.

In the light of this new twist, the relevant security agencies of the country is expected to rise up to the occasion and apply a sophisticated security intelligence gathering to uncover all the facts concerning this case and avoid drawing hasty conclusion just because it seems to be the easiest and most comfortable thing to do at the moment.

The tweet went further to say, “On double crossing the Uber cab they singled him out and killed him while the Uber driver and two passengers fled for their lives. Why did he sneak out and not get police escorts? I have credible intelligence that he may have been moving a large amount of cash. Where is the cash?”

More details will be made available to the general public as more information reaches our table.
