Anambra Senator Escapes Assassination.

The senator representing Anambra South senatorial district, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah miraculously escaped assassination earlier today.

The senator’s convoy was attacked around 6pm on Sunday around Nkwo Enugwu-Ukwu market junction while returning from an event.

It was gathered that the assassins numbering about nine, double-crossed the convoy at the Nkwo junction, before raining countless bullets into it.

It was confirmed that his security details, including some of his aides were shot dead. However, we can’t confirm the number of casualties, as the senator hasn’t formally spoken on the incidence.
