PHOTOS [Hamas vs. Haman]: Modern Biblical Esther Rises in Israel

Israeli Defense Forces IDF women, have emerged to display their gallantry and expertise in battle, following the lingering war between Israel and Hamas.

This development is a sequel to the October 7 deadly attack that claimed no fewer than 1, 407 lives. The attack which Hamas claimed responsible for had triggered a full-blown war leading to the death of over twenty thousand people and the destruction of properties worth billions of cash.

Consequent to the horrible incidents, the international community under the auspices of the United Nations UN, has consistently expressed concerns, calling for a ceasefire. A directive that had failed to materialize.

Thus, like the Biblical Queen Esther, IDF Females face today’s Hamans with bold courage, guarding the Jewish nation’s future.

Reacting, an Israeli Commentator wrote:

“Hey Family,

“Today’s Purim isn’t just a story from the past; it’s our reality, echoing through the streets of Israel. We’re celebrating more than an ancient victory; we’re living proof of resilience, facing our version of Haman with threats from Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Iran. But just like Esther’s days, we know how this ends – with us, the Jewish people, triumphing.

“And talk about girl power – our very own IDF female soldiers are out there, channeling their inner Queen Esthers, taking on threats, and protecting our beloved nation. These women are nothing short of heroic, standing on the frontline against hate, proving time and again that courage and determination are in our DNA.
“But let’s not sugarcoat it. Antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment are soaring. Yet, if history has taught us anything, it’s that those who come at us should be ready to face the God of Israel. We’ve outlasted empires, and we’ll outlast this. As Psalm 121:1 says, “My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.”

“In this period of celebrations – from Purim to Palm Sunday, and even as Ramadan unfolds, Israel stands as a beacon of freedom and security. Amidst our fasts and feasts, we ensure that everyone, regardless of faith, can worship in peace. This isn’t just our duty; it’s what Israel is.

“As you read these very lines, there are still hostages being held in Gaza. The army continues to fight and hundreds of Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists are surrendering. Because they know how determined we are to free our very own – as the adage goes: the people of Israel are one!

“Let’s keep the spirit of unity and strength alive. And hey, while you’re at it, show some love for Israel. Swing by our site, pick up something nice, and let’s stand together for a future filled with more victories and celebrations.”
