Breaking: Kanu, IPOB Cruises to Victory As Supreme Court Takes Fresh Decision

The Supreme Court has today heard the lingering case of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and the Nigerian Government.

The apex court upon the hearing of the case adjourned it to the 11th of May for definite judgment.

Meanwhile, in the proceedings, the Supreme Court gave Nigeria’s government t maximum of two weeks to file any counter-appeal against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or they forget about the case.

According to Barrister Maxwell Opara Esq, wrote’

At the Supreme Court this morning in the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Vs. Government of Nigeria, the matter came up and was adjourned to 11th May, 2023 for definite hearing.

It would recall that the embattled leader of the IPOB has been in solitary confinement despite the various ruling of the courts of competent jurisdiction, declaring him freed and acquitted.
