Anaocha Day: Inno-Posh Chiekezie receives Special Award for Philanthropy.

Yesterday, 18th of September the government, traditional institutions and people of Anaocha Local Government of Anambra State celebrated ANAOCHA DAY as well as the new-yam festival of the local government. The occasion which was chaired by Chief Sir Cyril Bobisco Okoye (Ezeani Adazie of Adazi-Ani, and High Chief Akurienne of Anaocha), saw the presence of dignitaries and bigwigs from all walks of life, which includes top politicians, professionals, business men and celebrities.
The event saw the investiture of new titles to deserveing indigenes of the local government as well the presentation of merit awards to deserving sons and daughters of the local government who have been helping the people and the L.G.A in one way or the other.
One of such awardees is Chief Inno-Posh Chiekezie. He was honoured with award for philanthropy in recognition of his numerous philanthropic acts within the local government. The Chairman of Total Supply, Inno-Posh, is one of the illustrious sons of Anaocha who have risen through the ranks to the limelight in Anaocha due to his numerous business outreach, philanthropy and humanitarian gestures within and outside the local government.
Recall that he was also honoured with a chieftaincy title by the Anaocha traditional leadership and community a few years ago with the title of Isi Ochendo of Anaocha. Pictures and exchange of pleasantries amongst friends and associates marked the high points of the occasion.
