New Nigeria Group; Another Mega Pan-Nigerian Group Emerges, Aims to Work For a Better Nigeria.

Recently the Nigerian media space was saturated by the news of a proposed launch of a mega Pan-Nigerian developmental and political liberation group. The group is said to be aimed at schooling the Nigerian citizens about the possibility of a New Nigeria which can work as well as take care of everyone and every race.

However, on the 16th of August, 2021, the launching of the group finally came to pass. It was a show of greatness and capacity as the event garnered up attendees from all walks of life; from the political class to the business class to the civil service, media and of course the youths who came to identify with the organisers of the event and to witness this auspicious occasion which has the capacity of changing the sociopolitical heartbeat of the Nation. The event was closely monitored by De Erudite Media, a foremost news and digital media company with headquarters in Anambra State.

The convener of the event and the National Leader of the New Nigeria Group NNG, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa used the occasion to reiterate the need for Nigerians to live in peace with each other and embrace dialogue as a means of conflict resolution. “

In his speech, the New Nigeria Group’s leader, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa stated that his group aims at making Nigeria become a first world country and a country where the citizens live in harmony. He reiterated that the core values of the group, when achieved will ensure Nigeria becomes a prosperous, peaceful, strong and exemplary country in Africa and even the world at large.

The core values of the group were classified into vision and mission as stated herein;

“Vision: To make Nigeria become a first-world nation, where all citizens live in harmony, treated equally to achieve peace and prosperity for all (A Nation that works for all).

“Mission: Plan to mobilise like-minded citizens to install enlightened, visionary and committed leadership in Nigeria that will motivate the country to optimise its human and material resources to attain global competitiveness in a nation where justice, equity and fair play reign supreme, resulting in happy and contented citizens.”

Ohuabaunwa, an industrialist, business mogul, former President Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Chairman Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and former CEO Neimeith Pharmaceutical Company as well as a Presidential hopeful come 2023 general elections also used the opportunity to state his readiness to run for the presidency of the country. He reaffirmed his preparedness to lead the country in the right direction by making sure that the basic needs of the country such as security, food, employment, constant power etc are made available within a short while in office. He stated his readiness to actualise a happy, prosperous and progressive nation if elected.

Recall that Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa has been on the news in recent times for his agitations for Nigerian Presidency to go to South East in 2023, and had declared himself as one of the eligible candidates for the position.
