Heaven Gains A Saint As Mr. Chukwude Emmanuel Ikechukwu Bows Out
Death has occurred of Mr. Chukwude Emmanuel Ikechukwu, a citizen of Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. He is to be buried on 4th August 2023, at his home town Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.
Mr. Chukwude Emmanuel Ikechkwu died at St. Charles Borromeo Hospital, Onitsha on 1st June 2023. Until his death, he was a retiree, formerly a staff of Anambra State Education Commission, Onitsha Zonal Office where he rose to the height of a Zonal Director of Education, Post Primary School Service Commission, Onitsha Zone. He was a scholar, a seasoned administrator, and a true gentleman who demonstrated an enviable passion for his job.
During his 35 years of teaching experience, he was a classroom teacher (January 1972 – August 1996), a Principal (September 1996 – November 2000), and a Supervising Principal (December 2000 – February 2007).
He became a staff of St. Christopher’s Junior Seminary 3-3, Onitsha in 2007 where he was later the Dean of Studies, Internal Supervisor of Senior Classes, Academic Adviser, and Vice Principal of Academics for nine years.
He concluded his final journey in the teaching field in 2022 at Glory School, Onitsha where he taught Biology and Fishery.
