APGA crisis: BoT warns trouble makers says party can’t be taken over by unknown men, vows to unleash Ogilisi caurse against the unknown party men.
A Chieftain of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka (Ogilisi Igbo) who is also a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the party has warmed those trying to foment trouble in APGA by announcing the removal of National Chairman of the Chief Victor Oye and other chieftains of the party to sheathe their sword or face the wrath of Ogilisi powers before it is too late for them.
Recall that a group of people announced the suspension of Oye as National Chairman and declare one Chief Jude Okeke as the Acting National Chairman of APGA. Ikechukwu Chinyere made the announcement. Chief Okeke also said that factional chairman of the party Chief Edozie Njoku is also suspended until national convention of the party.
Okeke said they were suspended by the recommendation of the disciplinary committee of the party. “That the only legally recognised APGA leadership is the one led by the Acting National Chairman Chief Jude Okeke and that any party member or person dealing with any other purported leadership other than the leadership of Chief Jude Okeke does so at his own peril.”
Reacting to the development Chief Ezeonwuka said that Okeke and his group were hired by opposition political parties to disorganize as they are not known to the party and as such they cannot take over the party. “This is funny because our great party cannot be taken over by unknown men who are not known to us as leaders, stakeholders and members of the party” he added
However, the Ogilisi Igbo warned that Okeke and his cohort risk being cursed with Ogilisi powers if they don’t sheathe their sword and allow the party to conduct a peaceful primary election ahead of the governroship election in Anambra State noting that those who have been hired by the opposition parties to disorganize APGA ahead of Anambra poll will not succeed.
