BREAKING: Buhari sets to address Nigerians, gives time

This evening (Thursday) at 7 pm, President Muhammadu Buhari will make a nationwide broadcast to discuss developments that have arisen from the #EndSARS protests and the violent crisis in some parts of the world.

The broadcast will be broadcast on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria, according to a statement released by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina.

“Following detailed briefing by security chiefs on the current situation in the country, President Muhammadu Buhari will make a national broadcast Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7pm.

“Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria respectively for the broadcast,” the statement said
