Updates: [Israel Vs. Hamas] Group Makes Huge Requests As Israeli Team Zooms off to Egypt Amid Increasing Bombardments
Despite The Vicissitudes Of Life That The Israeli Citizens Are Going Through, A Message From Jerusalem To Mark The Reminiscent Of Easter Can Not Be Over-emphasized, Amid An Increase In bombardments.
In a bid to mark Easter, the Message from Jerusalem reads: “Hear the word of the LORD, you nations; proclaim it in distant coastlands: ‘He who scattered Israel will gather them and will watch over his flock like a shepherd. (Jeremiah 31:10).”
“Hey family, just got back from a heart-touching visit to Jerusalem for Easter, and guess what? The streets were so empty, that it felt weird. The Mount of Olives, where you usually can’t even take a step without bumping into groups of tourists, had nearly no one at all. Everyone here is just waiting for visitors to come back; we Israelis miss you.
“I also visited the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed. My prayer was simple yet profound – for hope and peace. As it’s said in the Bible, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.”
Here’s what you should know about Israel this week:
An Israeli team is off to Egypt to talk about a hostage deal. Pray that they will be freed; every day is a living hell for them. A hostage that was released said that the Hamas terrorists told them everyday lies such as that Israel no longer existed and that no one was coming to free them. They are playing mind games with the innocent.
“Jordan is talking big about fixing the food crisis in Gaza and blaming it on Israel by saying that if only Israel opened the border crossings, things would have been solved. But for the record, Jordan has not once offered to welcome Palestinian “refugees” victims of this war in Geven though 70% of Jordan’s population is Palestinian.
“That alone speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care. Israel on the other hand, is sending every day over 100 trucks filled with humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip – trucks filled with food, water, mud, ice, and ice equipment for civilians. If you want to support Palestinians — support the one country that has done far and beyond for them – Israel.
“The IDF continues its critical operation battling hundreds of terrorists holed up inside Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest medical center in Gaza, the World Health Organization is staying quiet — refusing to condemn Hamas for using the hospital as cover. Israel caught over 400 terrorists inside the hospital, together with massive capital.
“On top of that, released hostages also revealed that Hamas would move them using ambulances. And yet, no UN resolution, no human rights organization has the backbone to go against the mainstream and speak the truth about Hamas.
PRAYER REQUEST PRAYER: Argentina’s President Javier Milei is under pressure to move their embassy to Jerusalem. We need him to make a strong move. According to reports, the Argentinian government froze its plans to move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Although Milei is a great friend of Israel’s, his political power depends on other parties in the government.
So, yeah, lots of prayers are needed all around. But you know, walking around Jerusalem, feeling all its history and hope, made me think. We gotta stick together and keep praying for peace and victory over evil.
