UN Takes Decisive Actions, Blacklists Israel

The United Nations has taken a bold step by adding the Israeli military to its list of offenders for failing to protect children in conflict zones last year.

This move comes amid allegations of numerous violations against children in Gaza.

Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, has expressed outrage, calling the decision “shameful.” However, the Palestinian president’s spokesman has welcomed the move, saying it brings them closer to holding Israel accountable for its actions.

The list, part of the UN’s annual report, also includes Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The report will be presented to the UN Security Council next week.

The conflict in Gaza has resulted in the deaths of thousands of children, with many more in desperate need of humanitarian assistance.

Israeli military has been accused of committing numerous violations, including the killing of children, denial of access to aid, and targeting of schools and hospitals.

This development comes as the conflict in Gaza continues to escalate, with reports of ongoing airstrikes and humanitarian crises. The international community is calling for accountability and an end to the violence
