In a significant development, over fifty residents have received shops from the Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Soludo CFR, as the state government unveiled a new business area called Solution Arena.

This initiative reflects the governor’s commitment to supporting the residents of the state.

On Saturday, Governor Soludo demonstrated his generosity and empathy for the people of Anambra by providing shops to numerous residents.

This move is part of his efforts to alleviate the suffering caused by recent enforcement measures in the state’s capital, Awka.

Governor Soludo’s initiative comes in response to the ban on trading, hawking, and unauthorized merchandise displays on walkways, streets, and highways in Awka. The ban aims to address issues of reckless waste disposal and the disruption of free traffic flow.

To support those affected by the ban, the Soludo administration has swiftly established a new market for the displaced traders. The Solution Arena, located at Club Street Junction in Awka, is a dedicated space for grills, fruits, and vegetables.

As part of this initiative, 50 women who were displaced by the ban have been given the opportunity to operate from free stalls in the Solution Arena. This effort is a key component of the Soludo administration’s strategy to promote compliance and ensure a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment across the state.

Overall, the creation of Solution Arena represents a proactive step by the Soludo administration to support local traders and improve the overall quality of life in Anambra State.
