House of Reps to Probe Wike’s Involvement in Gov. Fubara’s Impeachment Saga

The House of Representatives has reacted to the lingering political crisis rocking the Rivers State Government.

The House on Wednesday averred the role of the immediate former governor of Rivers, Nyesom Wile who I currently the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for his alleged conspiracy to unseat Governor, Sim Fubara.

There were a series of allegation that Wike is the orchestrator of the crisis ripping the state government apart.

Although the attention of the President, Bola Tinubu has been drawn to the issue, Wike and Fubara are yet to come to terms after a series of battles.

According to the Minister, “I paid for the nomination form of all those that contested election under PDP in Rivers State, They didn’t pay N1 and we agreed”
