Tinubu Appoints New Administrator For Presidential Amnesty Programme

In a significant move aimed at rejuvenating the Presidential Amnesty Programme, President Tinubu’s administration announced the appointment of Dr. Otuaro as the new Administrator.

This announcement was made public on Thursday evening by Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesman, marking a new chapter for the programme.

Dr. Otuaro, who has a rich background in managing various developmental projects, brings to the table a wealth of experience from his tenure as a high-ranking executive at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
