PHOTOS: They Are Not Footballers But Suspected Internet Fraudsters Arrested By EFCC Today
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Enugu Zonal Command have arrested 15 suspected internet fraudsters.
The suspects were arrested on Friday based on reliable information about their involvement in internet-related offences.
The suspects who were identified as: Casmir Ibebuogu Chizaram, Emegbusim Emmanuel Nnamdi, Chinedu Nworji, Nzube Micheal, Oranusi Chigozie Slyvester, Francis Mbaeri, Okoro Ugonna Prince, Stanley Amobi.
Others were: Emegbusim Chukwuka, Nlemoha Kingsley, Ejiofor Franklin, Chidera Peter, Chidiebube Chukwula Peter, Innocent Chukwuka Peter, and Micheal Eche were paraded by the Commission.
Items recovered from them include: 30 mobile phones, one international passport, and four laptops.
They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded, the EFCC assured.
