Two PDP Lawmakers Join Ayade In APC
Two lawmakers in the House of Representatives, from Cross Rivers, have dumped the Peoples Democratic Party for the ruling All Progressives Congress.
The lawmakers are Lego Idagbo and Michael Etaba.
Recall that the Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade, dumped the PDP for the APC.
The Speaker of the House, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Tuesday, announced the defection after reading letters from the two lawmakers.
This is coming after the Governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle, dumped the PDP for the APC.
The defections were protested by Toby Okechukwu, the deputy minority leader.
