Police arrest 65-year-old man with cartridge in Delta
Operatives attached to the Delta State Command’s crack squad has arrested a 65-year-old man, Solomon Udanya at Emevor Community in Isoko North Local Government Area.
The items recovered from the suspect include 130 rounds of live cartridge, one single barrel long gun, three packets of tramadol, six bottles of codeine and various contraband drugs.
The suspect was arrested during a raid of criminal hideouts by the police.
The command, led by CP Ari Muhammad Ali, confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer DSP Bright Edafe.
He said an investigation is ongoing.
