VOX POPULI, VOX DEI: HON UCHE OKONKWO WINS THE PEOPLE’S MANDATE FOR HOUSE OF REPS IDEMILI NORTH & SOUTH FED CONSTITUENCY

When salt loses its saltiness, it becomes inevitably useless and unable to give the taste it’s made for. In the same vein, a lot of political office holders in Nigeria today have lost the taste of representatives’ governance, which forms the basis of democracy.

Nonetheless, several crops of politicians have forgotten that it is worth a lot more legendary deeds for one to always leave the stage when the crowd is in the euphoria of his/her roles than waiting for the people to get tired of their leadership skills and gimmicks.

Regrettably, many Nigerian politicians who have gotten little or nothing worthwhile to offer in the leadership quorum are still tirelessly working on how to get or remain in the various positions in government.

Although some of the politicians have played remarkably well in improving the affairs of their constituents, the modern era of representative government has been redefined in such a great way to give the society the maximum dividends of democracy that they deserve.

Thus, it’s time for the voice of the people to be listened to and their needs addressed through effective representation. This would give APGA in Idemili North & South Federal Constituency, the desired victory in the upcoming election.

To this effect, the need for the delegates of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, to heed the voice of the people of Idemili North & South Federal Constituency, who have resolved to send their beloved son, Hon Uchenna Harris Okonkwo (EBUBE AGU 1 Na OJOTO) becomes inevitably imperative.

APGA as a prestigious political party is expected to get it done for the general interest of the people who are desirously clamour for Hon Uche Okonkwo to stand in the gaps between them and the government.

Besides, the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, should be focused on how to clinch victory in the 2023 general election than yielding to the activities of the political gladiators, who are on the verge of getting their personal aggrandizement to the detriment of the people.
