This bill was initiated by my people’s sincere desires for an institution that enhances the agricultural system, which is a major source of livelihood and a wise investment. I am especially grateful to stakeholders from my constituency who showed an interest, attended the public hearing, and contributed meaningfully to the bill’s public debate.
