The governor made the appeal in a congratulatory message he sent to Tinubu on his victory in the February 25 presidential election.
Atiku disclosed this in a statement by his spokesman, Frank Shaibu.

In a file dated 3rd March 2023, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party is challenging the result of the election by the INEC.
The circular added the apex court must have the final say as globally practiced in a constitutional federation.
