Reason which make the court ruling in favour of Trump

A federal appeals court recently ruled in favour of Donald Trump administration for taking $3.6 billion from military construction projects for a border wall. The court ruled that the lower court was wrong to stop the President from taking the money for the wall construction.

The ruling was given by a panel of the 5th U.S Circuit court of appeals, and the panel opposed the move by El Paso county and the nonprofit Border network for human rights to challenge the President. The panel said that they have no right to stand against Donald Trump’s redirecting funds from more than 100 military construction projects.
