Foundation through its Chairman lauds Southern Governors for their daunting move to banning open grazing in the region.
The statement from the group which affirmed that open grazing has been in the centre stage of the herdsmen and community scuffle, which has resulted in massive loss of lives, advised the governors to put up measures towards ensuring that the ban is effective.
The Foundation also advised the governors to rise to the occasion of the security challenges currently bedevilling the region and recommended that the borders of the region should be fortified to prevent the infiltration of criminal elements into the region.
