LADY MAUREEN CHINWE GWACHAM CELEBRATES CATHOLIC FATHERS AS THEY MARK FATHERING SUNDAY TODAY
Thus special day no doubt calls for sober reflection by all men who are within the cubicle of fatherhood, running homes with responsibilities & obligations. The day reminds me of the beautiful moments I shared with my own father who made all the sacrifices to place me on ground… I remember vividly the bonding between us.
Fathers, like mothers, are pillars in the development of a child’s emotional well-being. Every child looks up to his or her father to provide a feeling of security in homes and with my solid background I will help create a completely secure environment conducive enough to enable fathers work on raising responsible children of our society.
Some fathers do not have what it takes to take care of their families like good jobs and affordable houses. These are the basic things that keep families together. I wil therefore prioritize the provision of these when I’m elected the next representative of Oyi/Ayemelum constituency, I will empower fathers with jobs that pay a good percentage of all their family needs.
