It was a fanfare in Adazi-Nnukwu Anambra State over the weekend, as Barr. Peter Ebunilo took a Chieftaincy Title amidst a mammoth crowd who were present to witness the epochal event.
During the epic event which attracted dignitaries from various walks of life, Barr. Peter Ebunilo Esq, joined the prestigious Ndi Nze Na Ozo Society Amolu Clan Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra State as Ichie Ugogbuzuo.
Meanwhile, De Erudite Media Team learnt that the title is in consonance and honour to Barr. Chief Peter Ebunilo ESQ numerous contributions to the growth and development of the good spirited people of Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra State and the society at large.
Receiving the chieftaincy title, Barr. Ebunilo (Ugogbuzuo) appreciated the honour given to him by the good people of Adazi-Nnukwu, describing it as an exceptional gesture, in acknowledgement of his humanitarian roles in the society.
He therefore, pledged to intensify efforts in making sure that the title is utilized for the benefits of the community as well as the state at large through his various roles and human empowerment schemes yet to come.
Meanwhile, it was recorded that as soon as Barr. Chief Peter Ebunilo Esq ( Ichie Ugogbuzuo) came out in his chieftaincy attire, the atmosphere was filled with eulogies from the good people of Adazi-Nnukwu of Anambra State, a signifying sheer of acceptance.
The event featured: Cultural displays, awards of honours and chieftaincy coronation, among others.
