Fr. Mbaka’s return. See what his supporters did.

The news of the missing of the spiritual director of Adoration ministry Enugu, Nigeria percolated, earlier today, percolated the social media. The cleric was reported to be unprecedentedly absent from his usual Wednesday prayer tagged “E no dey again”.

The followers who were awe-strucked, upon hearing that he had been summoned by the Catholic Bishop of Enugu diocese, His Lordship, Bishop Calistus Onaga, through a phone call, two days ago, marched in large numbers with green branches on their hands, to the Bishop’s court in the city, demanding for his immediate release.

The irked worshipers who defiled the effort of the security personnel on ground to ensure that the situation didn’t take a destructive turn, succeeded in vandalising some facility within the premises.

However, tumultuous shouts erupted few hours later as Fr. Mbaka was seen to be safe devoid of any physical injury. The earlier angry followers whose face now beam with smiles began to ask “so Fr. You’re home?”
