FG Partners Anambra Govt As Soludo Takes Another Giant Step In Human Capital Development
In a deliberate effort toward driving the Skills Upgrading and Vocational Training (SUVT) Program for youth, the Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo has taken yet another step forward in achieving the ultimate goal.
This is as the Federal Government attracted by Soludo’s achievements, today, entered into a partnership with Anambra State Government.
Governor Soludo who was represented by the State’s Commissioner for Youth Development, Honorable Patrick Agha Mba was at the FCT, Abuja to sign an MoU between the Anambra State Government and the Federal Government via the Federal Ministry of Labor and Employment, Abuja headed by the Honorable Minister, Dr. Chris Ngige with regards implementation of the SUVT.
Recall that Prof. Charles Soludo after taking the oath of office as the Governor of Anambra State had swung into action to fulfill his campaign promises to Anambra Youths by rolling out a series of youth development programs including the One Youth Two Skills Solution Program, Solution Innovation District (SID), among others.
Thus, of the unique features of Soludo’s youth development programs is its incorporation of holistic components to ensure that beneficiaries (cutting across all categories of youths resident in the state) are empowered with skills (vocational, digital, and entrepreneurship) and finance to startup and scale up their businesses.
Mr. Governor is indeed committed to utilizing any means available at his disposal, to empower Ndi Anambra.
