Fani-Kayode Comes Hard On Labour Party Candidate, Easterners In Lagos Over Igbo Agenda

Femi Fani-Kayode has described the liberalism and willingness of the Yorubas to accommodate others as the biggest albatross to them.

Fani-Kayode stated this while pouring criticisms on the Labour Party candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.

He stated that Mr. Gbadebo whose mother and wife are Igbo is currently running a patently anti-Yoruba and Pro-Igbo campaign.

Fani-Kayode further alleged that the LP’s candidate was part of those who burnt properties and buses during the #EndSars.

According to him, Gbadebo is part of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB and is hell-bent on imposing an unashamedly Igbo agenda on the people of Lagos state including the removal of all the Yoruba traditional rulers and imposing Igbo ones.

“The Labour Party candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, whose mother and wife are Igbo and who is running a patently anti-Yoruba and pro-Igbo campaign is one of those that burnt properties and buses during the #EndSars.

“He is also in bed with IPOB and is hell-bent on imposing an unashamedly Igbo agenda on the people of Lagos State including removing all our Yoruba traditional rulers and imposing Igbo ones. Would the Igbo allow any Yoruba man to do such a thing in the East?

“Our liberalism and willingness to accommodate others have become our biggest albatross. We gave them land, cloth, food, and shelter and now they want to take everything from us and rule over us. They have even infiltrated our churches and introduced a brand of religious intolerance.” Fani-Kayode said.

Reacting, a concerned citizen stated;
“Truth is, I don’t blame FFK. I only blame Ndị Igbo that thinks they can make Nigeria work at the misery of their people. If they should use the same energy they’re wasting to unite Nigeria to seek for BiafraExit, all these insults would have been a thing of the past.
Sad indeed!”
