Court Sentences Son, Mother and Girlfriend To Prison.

A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State, has sentenced Gift Kenneth, Dora Animam and Spice Chimzi Dandy Igwe to prison for crimes that boarder on Internet fraud.

The court which was presided over by Justice F. A Olubanjo, on Thursday, sentenced the trio to different degrees of jail term for being an accomplice in swindling an American woman, Lucinda Ann Garnes Henrichson, to the tune of $902,93.

While Kenneth and his mother, Dora, were sentenced to 5 years imprisonment or a fine of 30 million each, his girlfriend, Chimzi, was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment or a fine of 1 million.

Court also ordered the seizure of all the property belonging to the guilty which was recovered during investigation through the American Embassy.
