BREAKING: Tinubu’s Inauguration Maybe Affected As Court Adjourns LP, Obi’s Petition

The Presidential Election Petition Court has again adjourned to next Wednesday, May 17, the petition against the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The decision for the adjournment was made following the request by the parties to the petition.

Consequently, there is speculation that the court might have to arrive at a ruling before the May 29th, 2023 presidential inaugural ceremony.
