Breaking: Supreme Court Affirm Soludo As The Authentic APGA Candidate.

The Apex Court of Nigeria has affirmed Charles Soludo as the authentic APGA candidate in the forthcoming Gubernatorial election in Anambra state.

The court, today, dismissed the twin appeals against APGA and it’s factional chairman, Chief Victor Oye.

Recall that earlier this years, Jude Okeke, one of the factional chairman of APGA, approached the Supreme Court to challenge the judgement of the appeal Court on the authenticity of Oye’s chairmanship.

The decision of the Supreme Court today means that Victor Oye remains the authentic chairman of the party while Soludo also remains the authentic standard bearer.
