Breaking News: Soludo releases his list of Commissioners

The governor of Anambra state, Prof. Charles Soludo state executive council appointees has just been released.

Recall that the new governor of Anambra state promised on his inauguration day on March 16th 2022 that he will not delay in appointing his executive council. Since he took over at the Agu Awka state house, all hands has been crossed and expectations high as to when he will make real his promise of speedy appointments and finally he has delivered on that promise.

Reacting to the news, a Facebook user and a prominent pro-soludo, Okonkwo Elochukwu Legacy stated that he loved the way the governor spread the appointments amongst the state’s local government areas while putting into consideration each of the appointee’s area of specialisation. Hear him, “I love how the individuals were selected based on their areas of specialisation. Gov. Soludo has the manual for good governance”

According to the list available to De Erudite Media, 20 out of the 21 local governments of the state got a commissioner slot. Onitsha South is the only local government that didn’t get a commissioner that comes from the local government.
